Why NCDEI?

Your work as a DEI agent/professional is extremely important. DEI needs vary across the country, however the roots of DEI must be consistently replicated to make a difference in equality on a nationwide level. At NCDEI we review and analyze your written plans to ensure they are consistent, compliant, rooted in sustainability and collaborative with the DEI efforts across the U.S. Submission are then approved and awarded recognition from the National Council of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for pledging to be committed to making DEI a nationwide success.

Our Story

The National Council for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion was formed to ensure that DEI efforts have roots for all agents nationwide. This is done by using the DEI framework and merging it with four basic pillars that uphold diversity, equity & Inclusion. We take time to review your DEI plans, proposals and policies for any inconsistencies. As the "hub" for diversity, equity & inclusion we believe in sharing your DEI success with others.
